Do you remember back in July when Helen and I went to the Selfridges Christmas press preview and saw what is basically the best advent calendar ever? Well it’s now on sale, and judging by the number of searches that have lead people to that post I think it’s going to be a sell out, so I’d act fast if you want one. The Lancome ‘All I Want This Christmas’ advent calendar is exclusive to Selfridges, but it doesn’t contain a little chocolate in each window. No, it’s way cooler than that, because it contains miniature versions of products from Lancome and other L’Oreal beauty brands. So you get a bunch of mini mascaras and lipsticks, plus fragrances from Armani, Viktor and Rolf and YSL. Obviously it’s not cheap. In fact, at £80 it’s possible that one Lancome calendar is worth more than a lifetime of regular ones (what can I say, I was eyeing some up in the pound shop the other day). But just imagine how gorgeous you’d look (and smell) by Christmas Day.
